Tulips at Sunset is an original acrylic painting on board featuring red tulips with green leaves on a pink decorative sky. The 5x7 inch painting is set in a black wood frame. This painting is an original work of art created in my Annapolis, Maryland studio. My mixed media paintings are created with bold acrylic colors - sometimes straight out of the tube. A strong black line accents the color and moves you through the piece. I use a combination of mark making tools to create my work including brushes, paint markers, and handmade stamps. The painting is varnished and ready to hang.
